GENERAL

Scope of application

It can be used in road and bridge structure, pavement and wharf Airport pavement, parking lot, kitchen and bathroom of buildings, swimming pool, reservoir, pickle pool, brine pool, sewage pool, drainage ditch, septic tank, etc. The mortar waterproof agent is known as special waterproof material for kitchen and bathroom and underground waterproof engineering in estern countries.

FEATURE

This product is high-efficiency mortar waterproof agent. Silane molecules react with water molecules and acid-base substances to produce deep-seated groups. The group forms a permanent and solid environmental protection waterproof layer with the substrate, which can effectively inhibits the water seepage and moisture return of the substrate and can make up for the small cracks of the substrate and has air permeability. Keep the original appearance. It has excellent UV resistance, freezing resistance, high temperature resistance, chloride ion resistance, alkali resistance and acid resistance, and has significant water repellent effect for a long time.

Construction process

◆ The construction site shall be cleaned, and the base course shall be flat, clean, rough and wet;

◆Generally, the proportion is:waterproof agent:water = 1: 50; Or with reference to 0.8% of the cement dosage, the cement mortar plastering shall be 1.5-2.0cm, evenly stirred and used as soon as it is mixed;

◆Mix the prepared waterproof agent, cement and sand into waterproof mortar and scrape it on the surface of the base course with a thickness of 15mm (the facade shall be constructed in two times with a thickness of 7 - 8 mm each time);

◆The cement shall be free from moisture and caking after expiration. The sand grain shall not be greater than 3mm diameter medium sand, and the cement mortar ratio shall be; 1:2.5- 3;

◆Maintenance: more than 7 days in humid environment; In summer, watering maintenance times shall be increased to prevent cracking; During winter construction, attention shall be paid to covering and insulation to prevent freezing;

Precautions

◆This product is used in strict accordance with the proportion in method of application; Excessive dilution can affect the waterproof effect;

◆In case of skin contact or eye contact during the applying of this product, please wash it with clean water as soon as possible. If you still feel unwell, please contact the hospital as soon as possible;

◆Please operate the product above 0 ℃; It is recommended to conduct closed water test after the construction completed 48h hours;
