GENERAL
Application
1.High-rise building underground parking lot, warehouse, test track and highway, bridge pavement with high-strength, wear-resistant requirements.
2.Oil reservoirs, storage tanks and concrete with oil and seepage resistance requirements.
3.Oil-resistant and wear-resistant floors for various types of machine shops.
FEATURE
1.High strength wear-resistant oil-proof (water-reducing): it can can improve the strength of concrete by 50% - 70%; concrete strength can still grow after oil immersion (strength of ordinary concrete decreased by more than 10% after 30 days of oil immersion); wear-resistance can be increased by more than 1 times.
2.Compared with organic oil-proof coating (water-reducing): non-aging, no maintenance, a durability of 50 years or more.
3.Easy construction: You only need to add it into ordinary concrete according to the mixing ratio, and no need for add oil-proof process.

Packaging & Storage
● It is packed in composite kraft paper bag, for 25kg/bag, with a shelf life of 12 months.
● It should be stored in a dry and ventilated room with the bag closed, and pay attention to moisture and frost prevention.
Construction process
1.To clean the original concrete surface, remove the floating soil, debris and other debris.
2.To spray a small amount of water on the concrete surface for wetting after removing the debris, but there should not be excess water, and if, the water should be dried up with cotton yarn or sponge.
3.To paint the interface treatment agent on the concrete surface uniformly, and leave no leakage of brush phenomenon.
4.To put the high-strength oil-resistant wear-resistant agent and cement into the mixer after mixing evenly according to the cement dosage of 15%, and then mix with coarse and fine aggregate, remember to properly extend the mixing time for 1 ~ 2min. The raw materials used in the preparation of concrete should be in line with JGJ52-92 and JGJ53-92 standards. The mixed concrete is poured on the concrete coated with concrete interface treatment agent and made to reach the design elevation.
5.The construction is limited to 6m length with 1 expansion joint and the width of the expansion joint is 1cm. The expansion joint can be set with a wooden strip coated with oil or release agent. The strips can be removed 3 days after construction.
6.The method of road concrete can be adopted when applying the concrete with high strength oil-resistant abrasion-resistant agent, i.e. using rolling, flat vibrating and finally rough smearing.
7.3 days after concrete pouring of the high strength oil resistant wear agent, remove the surface of the floating slurry with a grinding wheel grinder with water polishing.
