T60 high polymer anti-crack expansion agent is a new concrete expansion agent developed by Sino-Sina on the basis of the fourth generation concrete expansion agent production technology of China Building Materials Academy.
GENERAL
T60 high polymer anti-crack expansion agent is a new concrete expansion agent developed by Sino-Sina on the basis of the fourth generation concrete expansion agent production technology of China Building Materials Academy. The remarkable characteristics of the product are low content, low alkali content and high performance. It can effectively prevent the cracking of concrete and fundamentally improve the overall structure and waterproof quality of reinforced concrete, so as to realize the self-waterproof of concrete structure and the seamless construction of super long structure.

The product mainly meets the requirements of vertical expansion rate (%)(24h≥0.02) of cement-based grouting material in JC/T986-2005 technical specification for cement-based grouting materials.
◆Double protection and double effect. It contains two anti crack components of micro expansion agent and synthetic fiber, which can improve the anti-crack ability of concrete from both physical and chemical aspects and provide double protection for concrete.
◆Special water retaining components improve the maintenance efficiency. The unique water retaining components can prevent water evaporation at the initial stage of hydration and release water with the progress of hydration, so as to improve the maintenance efficiency.
Construction process
◆The recommended mixing amount is 6 ~ 8% of internal mixing (equivalent to replacing cement), and the recommended mixing amount of expansive concrete for pouring belt or reinforcing band is 8 ~ 10%. For different cement varieties and different chemical admixtures, the final mixing amount of T60 polymer anti crack expansive agent shall be determined through test;
◆The mix proportion design of shrinkage-compensating concrete of T60 high polymer anti crack expansive agent is basically the same as that of ordinary concrete, but when used in waterproof engineering, its cement consumption is designed to increase by about 10% compared with that of ordinary concrete with the same grade. On this basis, T60 high polymer anti crack expansive agent is added, the sand rate is 36-40%, and the water cement ratio is adjusted according to the requirements of concrete slump, which is generally less than 0.5;
◆The weighing error of T60 concrete expansion agent shall not be greater than 0.5%, and it shall be put into the mixer together with other materials;
◆The mixing time of the mixed concrete with T60 high polymer anti crack expansion agent is 30-60 seconds longer than that of the ordinary concrete, and it can not be extended for the commercial concrete.
◆Due to the long transportation distance of concrete, traffic jam and extremely hot temperature, when the slump of T60 polymer anti crack expansion agent commercial concrete out of the pump is less than 12cm, a small amount of non air entraining water reducer can be added on site. After rapid mixing, the concrete shall be sent to the place, and it is strictly prohibited to add water at will;
◆T60 high polymer anti crack expansion agent is mainly used in structural self-waterproof engineering. Therefore, special attention shall be paid to the compaction of vibration, and there shall be no missing vibration or over vibration. The concrete shall be plastered and pressed for three times before final setting to prevent settlement cracks;
◆The concrete shall be watered for curing after hardening for 12-24h, and the curing time shall not be less than 14d. For pouring concrete or mass concrete in winter, thermal insulation and moisturizing maintenance shall be carried out;
◆As the side wall is thin and difficult to maintain, early formwork removal increases the temperature drop rate of concrete and is prone to shrinkage cracks. At normal temperature, it is required to loosen the formwork screws 1 day after concrete pouring, 2-3mm away from the joint, and then water from the top for no less than 14 days. The formwork removal time is 3 days for C30 concrete, 7 days for C40 concrete and 10 days for concrete above C50;
◆Individual honeycomb dog holes or cracks due to improper construction can be repaired with 1:2 mortar mixed with T60 concrete expansion agent. The horizontal or vertical construction joints of the outer wall shall be plastered with T60 polymer anti crack expansion agent mortar with a 10-15mm waterproof belt;
◆T60 high polymer anti crack expansion agent is used to compensate the shrinkage. The spacing of post pouring joints of concrete is extended to 60mm. If the new seamless design and construction technology is adopted, the continuous pouring of concrete can be realized for 100-150mm without leaving post pouring joints.
◆T60 high polymer anti crack expansion agent cannot be used in projects where the working environment is above 80 ℃ for a long time.
Packaging and storage
◆Packed in PP kraft paper bag, with a net weight of 25kg / bag and a shelf life of 12 months;
◆It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
