XT30 is a next-generation CSA-Cement produced using partial solid waste materials, reducing carbon emissions. It offers superior performance to replace conventional CSA-Cement.
GENERAL
XT30 High-Performance Green Low-Carbon Early Strength Cement Admixture is a high-activity green low-carbon admixture prepared from bauxite, limestone, by-product gypsum, and high-alumina calcium solid waste through the C-A-S series co-melting mineral process. It is used to partially replace ordinary cement in concrete (mortar), significantly accelerating the hydration rate of cement to achieve early strength and rapid hardening. It also ensures long-term strength without shrinkage and helps inhibit early cracking in concrete (mortar).
Rapid-setting concrete (mortar)
Winter construction concrete (mortar)
Thin-layer rapid repair materials
Anti-disturbance repair mortar
Precast components
FEATURE
Excellent Early Strength Development: By adjusting the amount of XT30 admixture to replace ordinary cement, the compressive strength of concrete (mortar) can reach over 20MPa in 2 hours and over 30MPa in 3 hours.
Long-Term Stability: XT30 is a cement-based material with stable components that do not hinder the normal hydration reaction of cement. It maintains long-term stable strength development without the strength regression seen in special cements like aluminate or sulfoaluminate cement, making it particularly suitable for emergency repairs, rapid construction, and winter concrete (mortar) projects.
Excellent Crack Resistance: XT30 exhibits micro-expansion properties with minimal hardening shrinkage, effectively inhibiting early cracking in concrete (mortar).
Green and Environmentally Friendly: XT30 incorporates by-product gypsum and high-alumina high-calcium industrial solid waste, achieving green low-carbon waste recycling. It has low alkali content and is free from chloride salts.
