GENERAL

Scope of application

1. This product is applicable to the construction of post tensioned bonded prestressed concrete duct grouting materials for railway, highway, bridge, nuclear power plant, onshore wind turbine assembly concrete tower and other large projects;

2. Pipeline grouting construction to improve construction speed under low temperature conditions;

3. Pipeline grouting construction at ambient temperature above 10 ℃ without curing;

4. Pipeline grouting construction in the environment above 20 ℃ under appropriate maintenance conditions.

Construction process

1. Trial preparation shall be conducted before use to determine the best ratio. The recommended dosage of h-60a (H-60) is 10%.

2 Mixing: a high-speed mechanical mixer with a rotating speed of no less than 1000 rpm / min shall be used for mixing. The mixing sequence is as follows: first add water to the corresponding scale, open a mixer, evenly add grout, and then evenly add cement; After all the powder is added, stir for 3 ~ 5 minutes to press the slurry.

3. Grouting: grouting shall be carried out as soon as possible after mixing, and the usual grouting method shall be adopted to ensure continuous pouring.

4. Protective measures: wear protective gloves and goggles during construction.

5. Cleaning: clean all construction tools and equipment with water.

Construction of H-60B antifreeze grouting material

Construction at 14 o'clock in winter. Grouting shall be carried out when the temperature is the highest in a day, and the temperature in the prestressed pipeline shall be verified. During construction, detailed construction measures shall be formulated according to environmental conditions and material characteristics.

1. The water material ratio shall not be greater than 0.33, and shall be fully and evenly mixed , and the water consumption shall be minimized on the basis of meeting the consistency of cement paste.

2. Mixing water: hot water not exceeding 60 ℃ shall be used to ensure that the molding temperature of the slurry is above 10 ℃.

3. Before grouting, the air heater shall be used to blow hot air and preheat the prestressed pipeline, so as to improve the safety and reliability of the structure.

4. The amount of materials used each time shall be reasonably calculated according to the construction speed, and the construction shall be completed within the specified time. After grouting, the equipment and machines shall be cleaned in time.

5. When the temperature is low, appropriate maintenance measures shall be taken, such as thermal insulation treatment for mixing and grouting machines and tools and both ends of the bridge. The ambient temperature shall be controlled above - 10 ℃ by setting up a warm shed. Before grouting, the prestressed pipeline shall be preheated by blowing hot air through the air heater to ensure that the temperature in the pipeline is above - 10 ℃.

6. After grouting, the ambient temperature of the beam body shall be kept above - 10 ℃ for more than 12 hours.

Packaging and storage

Packed in composite kraft paper bags with a net weight of 4okg / bag and a shelf life of 12 months. It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
