Engineered cementitious composites concrete-ECC is used for Seismic reinforcement of masonry structure, and structual repair.
GENERAL
Engineered cementitious composites concrete mortar has super-high toughness and energy absorption ability compared with normal concrete. The ECC and the normal one have the similar ranges of tensile (4-6MP) and compressive strengths (30-80MP), while they have distinct differences in tensile deformation behavior.
But the normal one will fail in a brittle manner once its tensile strength is reached. However, the ECC plate ,after firs cracking, the tensile load capacity continues to increase with strain-hardening behavior accompanied by multiple cracks along the plate.

FEATURE
Have strain-hardening capacity when under loading tensile strength
The tensile strength can be 50-200 times of normal
After first crack, it still have good stain-hardening behavior
When in high temperature, the fiber in the concrete will be decomposed, and the steam will be released along the route by the remain of fiber to avoid the damage of concrete.

Packaging and storage
◆ Package: powder 50kg/bag, emulsion 20kg/bucket, stored in a ventilated and dry place above 5°C and protected from direct sunlight; it should be prevented from freezing in winter.
◆ The shelf life is six months. After the expiry date, it should be re-inspected before being used.
