Used for grouting of ducts in offshore wind power stations
GENERAL
The special grout for offshore wind power is a modified cement-based grouting material, which is developed via polymer and nano-reinforcement technology. The product has high fluidity, high early strength, ultra-high strength, ultra-durability, no shrinkage and high fatigue resistance.
Application
This product is suitable for offshore wind turbine single pile transition section, offshore wind turbine foundation jacket grouting, and offshore booster station jacket foundation grouting.

Packaging and Storage
Packed in kraft paper with 50kg/bag, and pay attention to moisture-proof. The shelf life is 6 months
Construction Process
1. After the pipe piles are driven at sea and the jacket is installed, the columns and tubular piles of the jacket are sleeved with the pipe piles, and an annular space is formed between the columns and the pipe piles;
2. Block the bottom of abovementioned annular space, and set up a grouting pipeline connecting the annular space;
3. The grout is pumped through the grouting pipeline to grouting the annular space;
4. After the grouting in the annular space after grouting is completely filled, let it stand for a period of time to perform pressure shielding;
5. After the pressure shielding is completed, finish grouting and carry out curing
