GENERAL

Ultra-high performance concrete (hereinafter refer to UHPC) is a special engineering material with ultra-high strength, toughness and high durability. It has good application prospects in the fields of national defense engineering, marine engineering, nuclear industry, special security and protection engineering, and municipal engineering. Tests have proved that its flexural strength is 3 times that of ordinary C50 concrete, the shrinkage is reduced by 50%, and it is still intact after 700 freeze-thaw cycles. Therefore, it is called "Never Cracking" concrete.


Scope of Application

1. UHPC's high-strength performance can reduce the size of structural parts and obtain more usable space. UHPC can be used to build bridges with longer spans and larger headroom; it can reduce the cross-sectional dimensions of the bottom-layer columns in high-rise buildings and obtain more usable area.

2. UHPC's high tensile strength and corrosion resistance ability can be used to make oil and gas pipelines, which can replace the high-cost large-diameter thick-walled steel pipes, therefore, significantly improves pipeline durability is significantly improved and the cost is reduced.

3. UHPC's high impermeability is used to manufacture integrated storage containers for low- and medium-level radioactive nuclear waste.

4. UHPC is used in military and security fields to manufacture anti-explosion and anti-shock devices.

5. On-site emergency repair, structural strengthening, etc.


Ultra-high performance concrete

FEATURE

1. UHPC is now used as the outer protective layer of the steel structure of the offshore oil platform, which can greatly increase the service life of the pillars in the water level fluctuation area.

2. The early strength of UHPC has developed rapidly, and the later strength of UHPC is extremely high. UHPC can be used in strengthening and repairing projects to replace steel and expensive organic polymers. It can not only maintain the integrity of the concrete system, but also reduce costs.

3. UHPC has high strength and good impact resistance. It can be used in the protective structure of national defense projects, and it can also be used in special structures that require high bearing capacity.

4. UHPC's high density and good working performance keeps the surface in contact with the template in a high smoothness status. It is difficult for harmful media from the outside to penetrate into UHPC, and it is difficult for the colorants and other components in UHPC to separate out. Therefore, UHPC can be used as exterior decoration materials of buildings by taking advantage of this feature.

Construction Process

1. Mix ratio

Powder: steel fiber: water=100: 10~30: 10

2. Stir

Take the powder into the mixer, add water and stir for 3~4 minutes (the material reaches a colloidal state), then add steel fiber and continue to stir (when the amount of steel fiber is large, usually not more than 3%, it can be added gradually or in batches). After the steel fibers are evenly dispersed, carry out pouring and vibrating for formation. Finally carry out curing.


Packaging and Storage

Packed in kraft paper bag with 50kg/bag.
