Application
1. The concrete strengthening of building structure, and waterproof and leak-proof of the air defense facilities.
2. Seepage prevention treatment for reservoir dams and ports.
3. Chemical corrosion-proof buildings such as thermal pools, landfills, chemical warehouses, chemical tanks, etc.
4. Concrete repair of roads, bridge decks, tunnels and culverts.
5. Anti-leakage treatment for roofs, bathrooms and basements of industrial and civil buildings.
6. Waterproof of steel structure and steel concrete.
7. It can be directly applied on the wet base surface, and has good adhesion to a variety of substrates.
FEATURE
The mortar has excellent adhesion and is strong in terms of crack resistance, frost resistance, anti-seepage, anti-corrosion, anti-chloride ion penetration, abrasion resistance, aging resistance, etc.

Packaging and Storage
The liquid is packed in plastic barrels with 20kg/barrel, 50kg/barrel or 200kg/barrel; the shelf life is 12 months;
The powder is packed in a composite kraft paper bag with 50kg/bag, and the shelf period is 12 months;
This product should be stored in a ventilated and dry room, protected from sunlight, and transported and stored at an ambient temperature of 5-30°C.
Construction process
1. Before applying the neoprene latex cement mortar, apply the neoprene latex cement mortar first, and the applying should be even, and then spread the neoprene latex cement mortar when it is touched to be dry.
2. Neoprene latex cement mortar should be applied via strips or staggered in blocks. The area of each block should not be larger than 12, the strip width should not be larger than 1.5m, and the construction interval for repairing joints and staggered sections should not be less than 24h. The joint wood strips or PVC strips of the slope surface should be fixed on the substrate in advance. After the mortar is applied, the strips can be drawn out. After 24 hours, the reserved seams should be painted with neoprene cement paste, and then neoprene latex should be used. Cement mortar is used to repair joints. In the layered construction, the positions of the remaining joints should be staggered with each other.
3. The neoprene latex cement mortar should be spread and wiped with pressure. It should be smoothed once, not repeated. When there are bubbles, it should be pierced and pressed tightly, and the surface should be dense.
When constructing on the elevation or upside, the construction should be layered while the thickness of the plastering surface layer is greater than 10mm. The thickness of the layered plastering surface should be 5mm or 10mm. When the previous layer is touched to be dry, proceed to the next layer.
4. After the neoprene latex cement mortar is applied for 12h and 24h, it is advisable to apply a layer of polymer cement paste on the surface.
The prepared neoprene latex cement mortar should be used up before the initial setting. When there is gel or agglomeration, it should not be used.
5. After the neoprene latex cement mortar is applied to the surface, when the surface is touched to be dry, spray or cover with plastic film for curing can be used. The plastic film should be sealed tightly around, and should be wet-cured for 7 days, and then naturally cured for 21 days before it can be used.
Precautions
1. The ambient temperature of construction of neoprene cement mortar should be 10°C-35°C.
2. When the ambient temperature is lower than 5°C, heating and insulation measures should be taken. It is not suitable to apply in strong wind, rainy weather or high temperature environment exposed to direct sunlight.
3. When storing neoprene latex cement emulsion, avoid direct sunlight in summer and prevent freezing in winter.
4. Neoprene latex cement mortar should not be applied on concrete or cement mortar base with a curing period of less than 3 days.
5. When constructing neoprene latex cement mortar on a concrete or cement mortar base, the base should be rinsed with clean water first, and it should be kept in a damp state. There should be no water in the base during construction.
6. When neoprene latex cement mortar is applied on the metal base, the base surface should meet the design requirements. The uneven parts should be leveled with polymer cement mortar or polymer cement before application.
7. Applying should be carried out only after the appropriate application mix ratio and applying method are determined through tests according to the site construction environmental conditions.
The machinery and tools used for application should be cleaned in time.
Packaging and Storage
The packaging specification of this product is powder: 50kg/bag, latex 20kg/barrel.
It should be stored indoors in a dry, ventilated, moisture-proof and rain-proof environment, with a shelf life of 12 months.
This product is non-toxic, tasteless, and non-radiation, meets environmental protection requirements, and can be stored and transported as general goods.
