GENERAL

JGN806 epoxy resin repair adhesive (structural strengthening and leveling adhesive) is two-component modified epoxy resin adhesive. It has the following features:

Application

Repair of high-strength concrete surface defects and pits; leveling construction of concrete adhesive surface in carbon fiber reinforcement or sticking steel reinforcement; anti-corrosion construction of bridges and other concrete surfaces (anti-carbonization, waterproof, anti-corrosion); concrete surface decoration protection; concrete surface crack closure.

Construction process

◆ Weigh the adhesive A and B components in a clean and dry container according to the recommended mixing ratio, and stir until the color is uniform. When the amount of adhesive is low, a putty knife can be used for manually mixing on wooden boards, glass and other plates; when the amount of glue is high, it is recommended to use a mixing machine to mix, and ensure that the edges and bottom of the container are completely mixed evenly.

◆ Epoxy repair adhesive can be applied in wet epoxy, but its Adhesion performance is better in a dry environment. The water film on the concrete surface should be removed before construction, and the bonding surface should be as dry as possible.

◆ When epoxy resin repair adhesive is used for concrete surface protection (anti-carbonization, anti-corrosion, etc.), the concrete surface should be polished to remove scum, sand, and looseness before construction until the bonding surface is exposed with coarse aggregate; at the same time, ensure that the concrete surface is clean, and there should be no dirt, impurities such as oil, dust, etc. Use a putty knife to evenly reciprocate and scrape to a thickness of 2-5mm.

◆ When the epoxy resin repair adhesive is used for defect repair or strengthening leveling, the loose concrete should be removed first, and then the surface treatment should be applied to the required thickness according to the above method. Add a small amount of prepared carbon fiber paste primer glue to the prepared epoxy resin repair glue paste to achieve a certain dilution effect.

◆ When epoxy resin repair adhesive is used for sealing the cracks on the concrete surface, it is recommended to expand the joints along the cracks with a cutting machine and then perform the sealing treatment.

◆ The epoxy resin repair glue can also be used for sealing the peripheral gaps and pasting the glue nozzle when pouring and pasting steel plates or cracking glue repairing.

◆ The curing speed of epoxy resin repair adhesive is faster, and the strength of concrete body can be exceeded within 12-24 hours at 25°C.
