Epoxy resin adhesive with high thixotropy, high strength and high adhesion for prefabricated building
GENERAL
Prefabricated segment assembly structure sewing glue is a two-component modified epoxy resin high thixotropic and high-strength adhesive, which is composed of a variety of organic and inorganic modified materials. It is specially used for the glue joint of precast segment suspension assembly and suspension construction process of overhead bridge erecting machine beam.
Application
The bridge erecting machine is used for the glue joint construction of Bridge prefabricate segment assembly; the glue joint splicing of general reinforced concrete prefabricate components; repair of component surface defects; self adhesion or mutual adhesion of civil structural materials. Hanging assembly and hanging construction (glue joint) of the midspan and side span of the prefabricate section of the bridge with the upward bridge erecting machine; splicing of the glue joint of the general reinforced concrete prefabricate components. It is applied in the epoxy structural adhesive for prefabricate concrete segment assembly.
FEATURE
1. It is featured with high strength, high elastic modulus, low creep, waterproof and corrosion resistance;
2. With high thixotropic paste, it is easy to stir and apply, without sagging and dripping;
3. It is easy to compact and the glue joint has no water seepage. It has strong bonding ability with concrete and can effectively transfer load;
4. It is less affected by the construction climate conditions, and can be constructed at wet surface and low temperature, with stronger adhesion under dry conditions;
5. The gluing can be operated for a long time, but it solidifies rapidly and the strength develops rapidly, which basically does not affect the prestressed tensioning;
6. The color difference between the two components is large. It is easy to observe the mixing uniformity, and the color after mixing is consistent with that of concrete;
7. It has good wettability with concrete, and the bonding surface does not need to be strictly treated;
8. It has a certain self-lubricating effect before curing, and the glue joint surface is easy to be pasted tightly to ensure that the glue joint is free from water seepage and the reinforcement is free from corrosion;
9. It has good toughness, fatigue resistance and impact resistance;
10. Safe and non-toxic.

Package and storage
This product is packed in iron drums.
Component A is 5kg / barrel, and component B is 5kg / barrel.
Weight ratio: A: B = 3:1
Store in a dry, ventilated and cool place, preferably 5-25 ℃, and the storage temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃.
Storage period: 12 months.
