GENERAL

JGN801 steel bonding adhesive is a two-component modified epoxy resin structural adhesive. The adhesive has three types: normal temperature curing type, low temperature (-10°C) curing type and humid environment (or water resistant) curing type.

JGN803 Steel Jacketing Adhesive is a two-component modified epoxy structural adhesive. It is a special type of adhesive suitable for fixing and then potting the steel. It is mainly used for potting construction where high-strength bonding surfaces are required.

Application

◆ Bonding and strengthening of concrete elements, masonry elements and wood elements to steel plates.

◆ Bonding installation of curtain wall installation, marble, granite, ceramic tiles, etc.

◆ Repairing and bonding of the surface of concrete components and steel components.

◆ Strengthening of wet-clad steel plates for concrete components, and strengthening of large-area steel plates on the outside of bridges and other components.

FEATURE

No crystallization during winter construction, and the curing time will not be prolonged (low temperature type).

Good operability, no stratification, no segregation, no precipitation, good thixotropy, no flow in construction, and can save the application amount of the adhesive.

Having varieties of products, and the construction technical problems under various harsh conditions (low temperature, high temperature, wet surface, underwater) can be solved.

The adhesive has high strength, high anti-aging ability, and excellent ability in terms of media resistance (acid, alkali and salt).

The adhesive has high bonding strength, high toughness and strong ability in terms of shock and impact resistance.

The material is environmentally friendly and does not contain volatile solvents, and it is safe and non-toxic.

Packaging and storage

◆ This product is packed in plastic drum; component A: 9Kg/drum, B: 3Kg/drum;

◆ Shelf life: 12 months.

Construction process

◆ Clean the surface of the substrate: polish the bonding surface to remove the surface scum and loose layer, expose the new surface and blow off the dust with an air compressor, and then remove the dirt with acetone.

◆ Derusting the surface of the steel plate: carry out polishing with sandblasting, emery fabrics or wire brush, until the metallic luster appears.

◆ According to the weight ratio: A:B=3:1, weigh the required amount and mix thoroughly.

◆ Recommended dosage: 5~7Kg/ m²
