Elastic epoxy based liquid and elastic epoxy mortar are mainly used for the overall protection of the surface of liquid concrete, the rapid repair of top and side wall defects, and the repair of concrete gnawing defects.
Application
After the surface of the concrete is cleaned, a coating structure of elastic epoxy glue + elastic epoxy mortar for leveling + elastic paint is adopted as a whole. The coating structure forms a complete concrete surface anti-abrasion layer on the overflow surface to repair and improve the anti-abrasion performance of the overflow surface.

Construction process
1) Remove surface scum and weakened concrete layer, rinse the substrate with high-pressure water after sanding, and finally dry the concrete surface via artificial drying or natural air drying.
2) Use elastic epoxy mortar to level and compact the obvious convex and concave parts and pores of the concrete surface.
3) Painting
a. Apply elastic epoxy base liquid
Apply elastic epoxy base liquid completely. The base liquid should be thin, and it is enough to wet the base surface.
b. Scrape the elastic epoxy mortar for leveling, and scrape the elastic epoxy mortar on the repair area to ensure that the concrete on the surface of the spillway is smooth.
c. Dust removal treatment
Adopt high-pressure air dust removal treatment.
4) After the surface of the area to be repaired is dry, fully scrape the elastic epoxy coating with a thickness of 1.5mm. The scraping direction should be crossed and perpendicular, and it should be carried out against the direction of water flow.
5) After the full-scraping construction is completed, it can be put into use after 7 days of dry curing at room temperature. If the temperature is low, the curing time needs to be extended. Do not expose to water before the surface of the coating is dry.
6) Use a drawing tester to test the bond strength of epoxy mortar and foundation concrete
