Epoxy plaster with high thixotropy and erosion resistance
GENERAL
Elastic epoxy plaster is used for the anti-abrasion protection treatment of concrete surface and the surface sealing treatment of uneven concrete surface, honeycomb surface, air bubbles and other defects. It can also be used for surface sealing treatment of crack grouting. The epoxy mortar has a certain degree of hydrophilicity, so it can be used on both dry and wet surfaces (without visible water), which is beneficial to improve the efficiency of construction and repair.
Application
Repair of structure of hydraulic structures such as dam, concrete cut-off wall and so on.

Construction Process
For the treatment of ≥0.2mm cracks, pressure grouting is used in the joints, low-viscosity modified epoxy material is poured into the joints, and the joints are sealed with cross joints to repair the cracks while preventing the penetration of erosion.
Construction technical requirements:
1) Check and determine the cracks on the concrete surface to be treated (crack width≥0.2mm), record the length and direction of the cracks, and compile a crack distribution map.
2) Clean up the cracked surface, use a polisher to remove the attachments, cement laitance and other dirt on the concrete surface, and clean it up.
3) Arrange grouting holes along the seam. The oblique holes are arranged alternately. The diameter of the grouting hole is Φ14mm, the position of the hole is about 10cm from the crack, and the angle between the hole direction and the crack surface is about 30. The hole depth is about 15~20cm. Make sure that the hole passes through the crack; the oblique holes are staggered along both sides of the crack, and the hole spacing is about 25cm. After the hole is formed, the dust in the hole is washed away.
4) The grouting injectors and exhaust pipes are alternately buried in each drilling hole. Usually, one exhaust pipe can be alternately installed with two grouting injectors.
5) After cleaning the crack surface, use elastic epoxy mortar to temporarily seal the crack surface.
6) The grouting material is HP-2 high-permeability modified epoxy resin chemical grouting material (if it is a water seepage crack, it will be solidified with water). The material ratio is determined according to product requirements, combining with site conditions. The grouting method is pure pressure. The motor-driven chemical grouting pump is used for grouting construction. The grouting sequence is carried out from bottom to top or from one end to the other. When the vent hole is grouting, close and ligate the pipeline and continue grouting; if there is no grout from the adjacent hole, the grouting of the hole can be finished after the original grout hole is no longer filled with grout under 0.5MPa grouting pressure for 1 min, then finish the grouting of the hole, and move to the adjacent hole to continue grouting, and finally, supplement grouting is performed on all exhaust pipes that do not produce grout. The grouting pressure is controlled within 0.5MPa. There is no more grout under 0.5MPa grouting pressure, and the grouting of the hole is finished after 1 min.
7) After the grouting is finished, remove the temporary sealing material on the surface, and remove the grouting pipe and exhaust pipe; on the cracked surface, stick the wax-free mesh cloth on the crack surface with elastic epoxy coating according to the "two glues and one cloth" method. When pasting, the basal plane should be clean and dry, the glue should be full and even, the wax-free mesh fabric should be dense and smooth, without hollows and bubbles. The width of the glass fabric should be 20cm.
