GENERAL

WEGM-60 Waterborne Epoxy Resin Grout is consisted of waterborne epoxy resin and waterborne epoxy curing agent. It has good compatibility with characteristic mortar. It is added to the characteristic mortar to form a high-performance organic-inorganic composite system with spatial network structure through the crosslinking and curing of waterborne epoxy and the hydration of mortar, which plays the role of reinforcement, impermeability and chemical resistance, It can quickly solidify in the wet interface and environment without cracking. It is suitable for defect repair and bonding grouting of water conservancy, underground civil air defense projects, roads and bridges, and can also be used as anti-seepage and leakage filling materials.

FEATURE

With water as the dispersion medium, it is environmental friendly, non-toxic to human body, non combustible, and safe in storage, transportation and use; The coefficient of thermal expansion is close to that of concrete, so it is not easy to be separated from these bonded substrates, and the durability is excellent; The mechanical properties, bond strength, impermeability and corrosion resistance of mortar (concrete) are significantly improved; It can be cured in harsh environments such as dry, low temperature, wet and underwater, and the bonding performance of wet surface is excellent; It has good workability and easy operation and construction. Like ordinary cement mortar (concrete), it can be cleaned by tools with water.

Construction technology

◆ The water-based epoxy resin grouting material additive is consisted of three components. First, add component A into a clean standby barrel, then add component B in proportion and mix it fully, add it to the characteristic mortar after mixing, and then use it;

◆ Proportioning: use weighing tools to strictly weigh water-based epoxy resin, water-based epoxy curing agent, characteristic mortar and other components according to the proportioning of products;

◆ Mixing ratio: A: B: C = 1:1:14,

◆ Scooping: scooping water-based epoxy resin and water-based epoxy curing agent shall use their own spoons. Remember not to cross use, otherwise raw materials will be scrapped;

◆ Mixing: fully stir the mixed waterborne epoxy resin and waterborne epoxy curing agent for 2 ~ 5 minutes with low-speed mixer until the mixture turns white and uniform, and there is no obvious trace during stirring. Tools and containers shall be cleaned without stickiness, and then special mortar shall be added while mixing;

◆ Mixing quantity: strictly control every quantity of waterborne epoxy grouting material according to the construction site environment (mainly temperature) and construction speed (mainly the number of participants and the difficulty of operation), especially in outdoor construction operations. The waterborne epoxy raw materials should be stored in a cool and dry place, and the mixing operation should be completed in cool place, otherwise the gel will be wasted if this product is mixed too much.

◆ Construction: remove the dust and slag on the old construction interface in advance and keep it dry. Brush the old interface once with aqueous epoxy diluent (aqueous epoxy resin: aqueous epoxy curing agent = 1:1). Then construct the aqueous epoxy resin slurry;

◆ Cleaning: please clean the tools with water after construction.

Packaging and storage

◆ Packed in iron barrel, 20kg per barrel, which can be packed according to customer needs; Closed storage and transportation, avoid high temperature, direct sunlight and freezing, and the storage period is 12 months.
