IV. Construction process

Both old and new concrete base surfaces can be constructed:

The new concrete surface can be constructed after surface hardening;

1. Before the construction of the old concrete base surface, all substances that hinder the bonding such as dust, grease and loose particles on the surface must be removed. After washing the ground with a high-pressure water gun, remove the ponding to ensure that the base surface is firm, clean and free of any residue. This product can also be used on the wet base surface, but there must be no ponding on the surface.

2. Primer: apply H-102A self-leveling primer vertically and horizontally for one to two times;

3. After the primer surface is dry for about 3-4 hours, pour the self leveling cement into a container filled with clean water (mixing water: 21%-23%) in proportion, fully and evenly mix it with an electric mixer for more than 2 minutes, then pour it on the ground, scrape it with a special tooth scraper for self leveling, and finally roll it with a defoaming drum.

4. If the product is in color, it should be fully stirred before use to ensure uniform color.

5. According to the coating thickness and environmental conditions, it takes 1-3 days to completely cure, so that pedestrians can pass or other subsequent construction can be carried out.

V Packaging and storage

Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 25kg/bag and a shelf life of 3 months;

It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
