Construction process

Base surface treatment:

The base course shall be flat and solid, the floating dust, oil stain, etc. on the surface shall be removed, the leaking parts shall be treated with plugging materials first, and the periphery of the parts in contact with different materials of metal and plastic pipes shall be polished. When the base course is too dry, it can be watered first, and the next construction can be carried out when there is no water.

ECC material configuration:

According to the proportion of 100kg dry material and 20kg water, it can be used by hand-held electric mixer or manual mixing. The prepared ECC is recommended to be used up within 1 hour at room temperature.

ECC Construction:

1. Layered construction is required. The thickness of one construction shall not be greater than 10mm. After the initial setting of the previous layer, the layer shall be plastered until the design thickness.

⒉. Watering and curing shall be carried out 24 hours after construction. The curing time shall be 3 ~ 5 days at normal temperature depending on the temperature conditions on site.

Packaging and storage

Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 25kg / bag and a shelf life of 3 months; It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
