Construction process
Base surface treatment:
The base course shall be flat and solid, dust, oil stain, etc. on the surface shall be removed, the leaking parts shall be treated with plugging materials first, and the periphery of the parts in contact with different materials of metal and plastic pipes shall be polished. When the base course is too dry, it can be watered first, and the later construction can be carried out when there is no water.
SMA100 material configuration:
According to the proportion of 100kg dry material and 8kg water, it can be used by hand-held electric mixer or manual mixing. The prepared SMA100 should be used up within 1 hour at room temperature.
SMA100 Construction:
1. Layered construction is required. The thickness of one construction shall not be greater than 10mm. After the initial setting of the front layer, the layer shall be plastered until the design thickness.
2. Watering maintenance shall be carried out 24 hours after construction. The maintenance time depends on the temperature conditions on site, and it is appropriate to take 3 ~ 5 days at normal temperature.
Packaging and storage
Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 25kg / bag and a shelf life of 3 months; It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
