M30 blind track special mortar is a special mortar made by cast-in-situ on the basis of the existing pavement, which is divided into two types: guide strip and guide point. The standard widths are 300mm, 400mm, 500mm and 600mm, which can also be customized according to the needs of users. The cast-in-situ blind track is different from the blind track brick. It is a continuous blind track system made on site, that is, the continuous blind track formed by on-site paving on the existing old and new concrete roads, asphalt pavement and masonry pavement.
GENERAL
M30 blind track special mortar is a special mortar made by cast-in-situ on the basis of the existing pavement, which is divided into two types: guide strip and guide point. The standard widths are 300mm, 400mm, 500mm and 600mm, which can also be customized according to the needs of users. The cast-in-situ blind track is different from the blind track brick. It is a continuous blind track system made on site, that is, the continuous blind track formed by on-site paving on the existing old and new concrete roads, asphalt pavement and masonry pavement. The design and installation of blind strips and blind spots of cast-in-situ blind roads shall be in strict accordance with the current national code code for barrier free design of urban roads and buildings jgj-50-2001. It can be used in any place where blind roads are required, especially for the paving of blind roads after the completion of asphalt or concrete roads.

PERFORMANCE
Performance metrics
Strictly implement the current national regulation Code for Barrier Free Design of Urban Roads and Buildings JGJ-50-2001
Compressive strength | Flexural strength | Adhesion | Trial substrate | Application methods of floor tiles, etc | Construction temperature |
≥30MPa | ≥4.0MPa | ≥1.5MPa | Concrete, asphalt, stone, etc | Continuous construction on site | 5℃-35℃ |
The Cast-in-situ Continuous blind track can be made into any color according to the needs of landscape design, so that the integrity of road composition will not be due to prominent lines affected by the Yellow blind brick throughout, the color can be changed arbitrarily according to the needs of composition, and the blind brick is integrated with the road landscape. |
Construction process
1. Requirements and cleaning of base course
No matter whether the existing pavement is old or new asphalt or concrete pavement, and there is no requirement for slope. As long as the base surface is clean, firm and free of looseness, it can be wet but free of water.
2. Laying prefabricated blind track mould
The prefabricated mold made of soft polyurethane material is laid on the working face. According to the design requirements, it generally has four widths of 30cm, 40cm, 50cm and 60cm.
3. Scraping blind road polymer
Pour the M30 blind track special material mixed on site onto the die and scrape it flat. Take the die immediately after completion.
4. Surface seal
Roll the last color wear-resistant surface layer on the solidified polymer cast-in-situ ultra-thin blind track to further beautify the pavement and form an integral color belt blind track. Quality can be checked through the construction process. The polymer cast-in-situ ultra-thin blind road paved on the original road can ensure its permanent adhesion, no delamination, no cracking and long service time.
Packaging and storage
Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 25kg / bag and a shelf life of 3 months; It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
