Construction process
1. The anti-static sparkless wear-resistant hardener of metal aggregate is used for surface processing after the concrete platform is leveled and the bleeding is removed.
2 The construction shall be completed by professionals using mechanical trowel. In order to distribute the materials evenly, the material consumption shall be calculated and placed in an appropriate position before construction;
3. At the initial setting stage of the concrete surface, the laitance layer on the concrete surface shall be evenly destroyed, and then the ground hardener shall be evenly distributed on the concrete surface;
4. The wear-resistant floor hardener shall be evenly distributed twice (2/3, 1/3), and the direction of the second distribution shall be perpendicular to the first. After each distribution, the mechanical trowel with disc shall be carried out, and the mechanical trowel shall be carried out in a crisscross manner; In next operation, mechanical troweling without disc shall be carried out at least three times according to the hardening of concrete. The change of mechanical trowel speed and iron plate angle shall be adjusted according to the hardening of concrete platform, and the troweling operation shall be carried out until the surface of platform is finished.
Packaging and storage
Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 25kg / bag and a shelf life of 6 months; It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
