H-101 wear-resistant floor hardener

H-101 wear-resistant floor hardener is an environment-friendly, high-tech and high-quality cement-based product. The ready mixed powder with strict quality control in the factory can be divided into metal and non-metal according to the aggregate. It is made of high-quality cement, selected wear-resistant materials, high-quality fillers and admixtures. It is evenly sprinkled on the concrete surface to be initially set by dry spraying method, which is processed by special machinery and technology to form a whole with the concrete ground to form a high-performance wear-resistant ground with high compactness and high coloring. Due to the high compressive strength and wear resistance of the surface layer, it can effectively avoid the problems of cracking, wear and dust on the surface of the traditional cement base.

Construction process

◆The hardened floor construction starts after the concrete platform is leveled and the bleeding is removed until the surface processing is completed. The construction shall be completed by professionals using mechanical trowel;

◆In order to distribute the materials evenly, the material consumption shall be calculated and placed in an appropriate position before construction;

◆At the initial setting stage of the concrete surface, evenly destroy the laitance layer on the concrete surface, and then evenly distribute the floor hardener on the concrete surface;

◆The wear-resistant floor hardener shall be evenly distributed twice (2/3, 1/3). The direction of the second distribution shall be perpendicular to the first. After each distribution, the mechanical trowel with disc shall be added, and the mechanical operation shall be carried out in a crisscross manner;

◆In future operations, mechanical troweling without disc shall be carried out at least three times according to the hardening condition of concrete. The change of mechanical running speed and iron plate angle shall be adjusted according to the hardening condition of concrete platform, and the troweling operation shall be carried out until the surface processing of platform is completed.

Notes：

1. The construction temperature shall not be lower than 5 ℃.

2. The construction thickness on the dense foundation surface shall not be less than 3mm.

3. In case of high temperature drying, the constructed surface shall be covered to prevent rapid drying.

Packaging and storage

Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 25kg / bag and a shelf life of 3 months; It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
