GENERAL

Sina-sino carbon fiber mesh is woven with Toray carbon fiber yarn. Together with Sina-sino high-strength sprayed mortar, it can be used for: bending strengthening, shear strengthening, axial compression strengthening, seismic strengthening, crack control strengthening, etc.

Application

Crack controlling and structural strengthening of concrete

FEATURE

Simple, fast and convenient construction: the base layer does not need to be leveled and repaired before construction, the mortar sprayer can be used for large-area construction, and the construction speed is fast.

Good anti-cracking effect: suitable for structural crack control and strengthening.

Strong durability: carbon fiber is an inert material, so it will not be corroded, and it can also protect the original steel bar in alkaline. The carbonization of concrete and the chloride in concrete will not affect the material properties of carbon fiber mesh.

Good fire resistance: 1cm mortar protective layer can meet the requirements of fire protection standard ISO 834 F60.

Suitable for wet surfaces and environments: the base layer needs to be wetted before construction, and there is no requirement for the moisture content of the base layer, and it is suitable for wet interfaces.

Thin strengthening thickness: under normal circumstances, the thickness of the mortar only needs to be 1.5-2cm, so the thickness of the sprayed concrete protective layer (such as tunnels, can reduce the thickness of about 4cm) can be reduced.
