CBGM ultra-fine cement

CBGM ultra-fine cement is a new generation of inorganic rigid ultra-fine grouting material refined by special equipment from high-strength superfine cement, expansion agent, slag and other additives.

GENERAL

Application

◆Grouting the cracks of dam and dam base in water conservancy projects;

◆Grouts underground waterproof curtain to cut off the infiltration water source, and to stop the overall seepage;

◆Reinforcing and improving the mechanical strength of soft soil and rock, repairing concrete structure and restoring its integrity;

◆Reinforcement of sinking foundations of highways, bridges, airport runways, etc;

◆Pre-treatment of various underground buildings before excavation, as well as hole protection and wall consolidation in the drilling of complex strata in geological drilling, and stopping the leakage of surge;

◆Sand consolidation of quicksand layer and silty soil layer in complex stratum.

◆The strength of net slurry with different water-cement ratio is the same as that of cement, the fluidity and permeability of slurry increases with the increase of water-cement ratio, but the setting time increases with the increase of water-cement ratio, and the strength decreases with the increase of water-cement ratio, therefore, the water-cement ratio should be reduced as much as possible under the premise of meeting the construction requirements.

Construction Process

◆For different sizes of gap space. Different soil geological environment, different grouting base conditions, different strength index requirements to determine the appropriate water-cement ratio, mix with electric mixer until uniform. Then pour the slurry into the grouting barrel.

◆ Dock the nozzle of the grouting machine with the grouting nozzle fixed on the foundation, turn on the power of the grouting machine, and open the valve for grouting. And control the grouting pressure within a certain range (usually within 0.1-0.5MPa. The required grouting pressure is different for different base conditions and different water-cement ratio. Too much grouting pressure may form split grouting, which cannot penetrate evenly. (If the grouting pressure is too small, it will not be able to penetrate into the fine space).

◆Close the grouting hole after the grouting is finished.

◆When the grouting area is large, segmental grouting can be used.


Packaging and storagePacked in PP bag, net weight 25kg/bag, shelf life 3 months; stored in a dry and ventilated room, the bag is airtight. Avoid moisture and freezing.
