GENERAL
HP-2 high permeability modified epoxy chemical grouting material is a chemical grouting material with high permeability function used for crack grouting reinforcement and various concrete structures and reinforcement of hydropower dam foundation and curtain with local hydrophilicity and overall drainage, which has unique advantages for water stopping reinforcement of various underground buildings and tunnels. With high permeability and excellent mechanical properties, the product is particularly effective in replacing the traditional excavation and backfilling method for in-situ reinforcement treatment of low permeability mud-bearing soft foundation of dams, which can save a lot of investment and shorten the construction period.
FEATURE
◆Excellent infiltration and permeability
Low permeability soft clay bearing stratum, soft rock mass and mudding catation with permeability coefficient K≤10-6 ~ 10-8 cm / s can be poured to strengthen them in situ.
◆ Excellent mechanical properties:
All mechanical performance indexes exceed the requirements of type II indexes of Epoxy Resin Grouting Materials for Concrete Cracks, especially the wet bond strength and tensile strength are much higher than those of similar grouting materials.
◆With local hydrophilicity and overall drainage.
◆With the function of activating non active diluent of pulp.
◆The consolidated body is non-toxic and pollution-free.
