The silane impregnated coating can be used not only for the protection of new concrete structures, but also for the reinforcement and maintenance of old concrete buildings, such as seaport wharf, sea crossing bridge, river crossing bridge, hydraulic engineering dam, urban viaduct, high-grade highway bridge, railway bridge, tunnel, airport pavement, fair faced concrete buildings, thermal power plant, nuclear power plant, sewage treatment plant, etc, It is especially suitable for the protection of various concrete structures subject to seawater corrosion, salt spray corrosion, snow melting agent corrosion and freeze-thaw damage.

Construction process

◆In order to ensure the effect of silane impregnation treatment, the new project shall be constructed after 2~4 weeks of curing of concrete components, and the repair works should be constructed after 1~2 weeks of curing. The ambient temperature is lower than 5℃, or higher than 40℃, or the wind is greater than 6 should stop the construction to reduce the material loss.

◆Repair the concrete structure defects before construction, rinse with wire brush and fresh water to clean the surface of floating ash, sewage, oil and other pollutants, and keep the surface dry for more than 3 days.

◆Before large-area silane impregnation, the spraying test shall be carried out first, and the test area shall be 1 ~ 5m ', and then the core drilling sampling and detection shall be carried out in the test area according to the specified method. When the test results meet the judgment standards, the silane impregnation solution can be sprayed on the structure in a large area.

◆Usage and dosage of silane liquid: when spraying liquid, it shall be sprayed continuously to make the coated surface saturated and overflow. For horizontal construction, spray or brush until the substrate surface is wet or mirror like. On the facade, it shall be sprayed from bottom to top with a vertical flow length of 15-20cm to keep the coated surface wet for several minutes. The liquid waterproof agent shall be sprayed twice, with the spraying amount of 300g/M and the interval of 4 ~ 6h, so as to achieve a deeper penetration depth.

◆Construction equipment: airless spraying equipment is recommended for large-area construction, which is highly efficient and can reduce the loss of raw materials; Brush or scraper can be used for small area construction; In case of sudden rain during construction, the construction shall be stopped immediately and the constructed components shall be covered carefully to prevent the loss of silane active components before curing due to rain and affect the construction effect.

◆Maintenance: after silane construction, ensure that it will not be exposed to rain and dry naturally within 24 hours; In order to ensure the ideal treatment effect, the surface shall be kept dry for at least 36 hours in summer and at least 72 hours in winter.

◆The absorption process of silane liquid impregnation solution will last for several hours, and the absorption rate depends on environmental conditions, such as relative temperature of air, concrete mix proportion, concrete moisture content, exposure degree of treated surface, sunlight and wind speed, etc. The concrete surface may turn black temporarily, and the original external surface can be restored after a few days

◆Silane paste is a non flammable and non corrosive water-based product. Wear masks, goggles and gloves during construction. If it comes into contact with skin or eyes, wash with plenty of water immediately. If the situation is particularly serious, seek medical attention in time.


Packaging and storage  Packed in plastic drums, with a net weight of 20kg / barrel; Under normal storage and transportation conditions, the storage period is 12 months.
