Construction process
1. Dosage:
① Direct use: do not add water, open the bucket and use it. Material dosage: 10-15m2/kg, twice.
② Supporting use: 910 Strong Back Covering Glue: ceramic tile glue = 1:2, material dosage: 1.5kg/m2, construction twice.
2. Construction process:
Direct use: after opening the barrel, stir the glue properly, brush or roll it on the base course. It needs to be coated completely and evenly, first horizontally and then longitudinally for 2 times, and the next process can be carried out only after it is completely dry.
Matching use: first pour the strong back coating glue into the mixing container, then slowly pour the ceramic tile glue powder, and stir it into a uniform paste without particles and precipitation with an electric mixer. After standing for 3-5 minutes, stir it slightly for better effect. Brush with a brush or roller on the base course. Cross coating is required. Apply it twice horizontally and then longitudinally. There is no water and the surface is not sticky. The interval between the two is about 20 minutes. The next process can be carried out only after it is completely dry. If the construction is in a hurry to tile , it can be constructed under the condition of at least 2 hours to thoroughly dry without water and the surface is not sticky even in dry summer.If the construction is in a hurry to install bricks, wait at least 2 hours even the weather is dry in summer until there is no water and the surface is not sticky.
Precautions
◆The mortar attached to the finish shall be wiped and cleaned with clean water before drying.
◆This product is suitable for applying in the environment of 5 ℃ - 45 ℃. It is forbidden to expose to the sun during the drying process of ceramic tiles or stones that have been coated with glue.
◆Ceramic tiles or stone materials that have been coated with glue on the back shall not be polluted by water or dirt.
◆If there is a net on the back of marble and vitrified brick, it is required to shovel it off before construction.
Reference dosage
0.25kg/m2 for direct use and 1.5kg/m2 for supporting use.
