GENERAL
This product is prepared from high-quality cement, filler, imported synthetic polymer and selected additives. It can be used after adding 22% water by weight of material powder and fully stirring for 5min.

II. Scope of application
The flexible type can be selected for pasting various stones and vitrified bricks, and the common type can be selected for pasting other ceramic tiles. Users can choose tile glue with other special functions according to construction requirements.

IV. Construction process
Base course treatment: the base course shall be flat, firm and clean without oil stain, floating ash and cracks. If the base course is gypsum board, plywood, particleboard, aerated concrete, precast cement board or gypsum batch surface, it shall be treated with special interface agent of Zhubang in advance and pasted after it is completely dry.
(1) Stir
The water consumption is 22% - 26% of the weight of dry powder, which is properly adjusted according to the environmental conditions and the required consistency. Add water and powder in proportion to the clean container, stir mechanically for 5 minutes, and stand for a few minutes.
(2) Construction
Thin coating can be applied to bond small decorative bricks on the flat base surface. Select a suitable tooth spatula to scrape and apply the mixed mortar on the wall or ground, and then rub and paste the ceramic tiles. Paste facing bricks or large facing bricks on the uneven base surface. The "back coating-troweling" method should be adopted, that is, scrape the mortar to the wall and the whole back of the ceramic tile with a toothed trowel. Pointing can be carried out 24-36 hours after the ceramic tile is pasted.
◆The construction temperature should be above 5 ℃, and do not work outdoors in rainy days. ◆The depth of the brick joint of the external wall brick shall not be less than half of the thickness of the ceramic tile.

V. Packaging and storage
Packed in PP kraft paper bag, with a net weight of 50kg / bag and a shelf life of 6 months It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
