Concrete water-based release agent

Concrete water-based release agent is a high molecular polymer material produced by domestic advanced technology through special process. This product is a non-toxic, odorless and environment-friendly milky liquid with the characteristics of low surface tension and easy to flow. It has good demoulding effect on various types of cement product molds.

Construction process

I Tap water can be directly used to dilute the release agent, and the specific dilution ratio is related to the surface quality and construction of concrete mold. For different components, our company recommends the dilution ratio as follows:

①For bridges, T-beams and other products, it is recommended to dilute 3-5 times;

②For prefabricated components, it is recommended to dilute 3-5 times for stair parts and 5-7 times for plane molds such as laminated plates and balconies.

II Mold cleaning

After the mold completes one cycle, it needs to be cleaned to remove the residual concrete block slag on the mold table. If possible, it can be polished with a grinder with steel ball, and the residual concrete ash and mold table sundries can be wiped off with a dry rag, and wiped with cloth for many times. The cleaning must be completed before assembling the mold.

III Release agent brushing

The release agent should be sprayed with sprayer, then wipe with a clean cloth or roller to make the mold release evenly. If the roller is painted, it should be repeatedly rubbed in different directions until the mold release agent is made into tiny beads or membrane, and the local mold residue can be used for two times to wipe evenly. Before applying the release agent, it is necessary to clean the formwork first. When using the release agent, avoid polluting the release agent with oil and dust, which will affect the use effect.

IV Matters needing attention

The release agent is milky liquid. After brushing the release agent, it is necessary to wait for the milky white on the surface to volatilize (become colorless after volatilization) before applying the concrete. The release agent can be retained for a long time after brushing, and it is strictly prohibited to wash the release agent by rain and other liquids.

Notes:

1.It is not recommended to apply the water-based release agent directly after spraying. It can be diluted and wiped evenly with rag or roller, or it can be wiped evenly with rag or roller after spraying;

2.The water-based release agent must be applied to the concrete after the water on the surface is basically volatilized, that is, the milky liquid is basically dried into colorless, and the general drying time is 20min, depending on the working environment;

3.The water-based release agent shall not be exposed to rain for a long time after film formation. If the mold is cleaned after rain, it must be constructed again.

Packed in plastic barrels, with a net weight of 50kg / barrel. This product is non dangerous.
