1. Technical principle and product features
CBGM series sleeve grouting materials for reinforcement connection are divided into semi grouting connection and full grouting connection according to the sleeve structure.
◆Semi grouting connection
Semi grouting connection is usually that the upper reinforcement adopts straight thread, and the lower reinforcement is connected with the grouting sleeve through grouting material. It is generally used for the connection of main reinforcement of prefabricated shear wall and frame column, so the sleeve is grouting straight thread connection sleeve, which is referred to as grouting sleeve for short.
◆Full grouting connection

Test method
General requirements
When the test piece of normal temperature sleeve grouting material is formed, the temperature of the laboratory shall be 20℃±2℃, the relative humidity shall be greater than 50%, the temperature of the curing room shall be 20℃±1℃, and the relative humidity of the curing room shall not be less than 90%; When the test piece of low-temperature sleeve grouting material is formed, the temperature of the laboratory shall be -5℃±2℃, and the temperature of the curing room shall be-5℃±1℃.
◆Fluidity
The fluidity test of normal temperature sleeve grouting material shall be carried out according to the above table by standard conditions; The fluidity test of low temperature sleeve grouting material shall be carried out under the conditions of -5℃±2℃ and 8℃±2℃ respectively according to the above table.

The prefabricated special base slurry is a dry mixture composed of cement as the basic material and fine aggregate, concrete admixture and other materials. After mixing with water, it has thixotropy, early strength, high strength and other properties. It is used for joint filling of precast concrete components by slurry setting method.
