The new and old concrete bonded system

Application:

1. Cementitious self-leveling mortar interface treatment: it is used for base course treatment before cement self leveling ground construction to improve the bonding strength between self leveling and base course.

2. New and old concrete connection: it is used for new and old concrete connection such as construction joint, beam column reinforcement and old foundation transformation, and the shear strength is increased by 3 times.

3. Smooth base course plastering: it replaces the processes such as alkali washing and degreasing and manual roughening of smooth concrete surface, The adhesive force can be increased by more than 6 times;

4. Brick board paving: the interface is coated, or the mortar with high adhesion is prepared, the large brick board is directly paved, and the new face brick can be pasted on the old face brick.

5. Concrete repair and surface protection: it can be used for the surface protection of concrete and reinforcement to prevent deterioration and corrosion;

6. Treatment of oil stain and sanding base course: the base course with sanding or a small amount of oil stain can be directly coated and plastered.

7. Waterproof, moisture-proof and anti-corrosion: it can be constructed on the wet base course and can be used as the moisture-proof layer of oily coating, which can be firmly bonded with polyurethane coating.
