GENERAL

This product is a two-component polymer modified flexible waterproof coating. The powder is mixed with additives to obtain a flexible waterproof film after use. It has good adhesion with concrete and mortar and can form a close, firm and permanent combination with it.

Application

Applicable to wall corners, pipeline periphery and internal and external corners;

Treatment of non telescopic cracks and micro vibration parts

Toilet, bathroom / shower room, kitchen;

Pool and flower trough;

Walls and floors of indoor and outdoor building

FEATURE

It is flexible and can cover cracks no more than 2mm;

Suitable for long-term immersion environment;

Direct construction can be carried out in wet areas;

Good weather resistance;

Ceramic tiles can be directly pasted on the waterproof layer with ceramic tile glue.

Packaging and storage

20kg / barrel, original sealed products are stored in a dry and cool environment, and the shelf life of the products is one year.

Construction process

1.Tthe base surface must be flat, solid and clean without oil stain, release agent, floating dust and other loose things;

2. For cracks no more than 2mm, polymer modified flexible waterproof coating can seal them;

3.Large holes and cracks shall be repaired with "Shui Bulou(An efficient moisture-proof, anti-seepage and plugging material)";

4.Wall corners, edges and corners, pipeline periphery and internal and external corners shall be covered with non-woven fabric and brushed with a layer of polymer modified flexible waterproof coating with a brush;

5. Before using polymer modified flexible waterproof coating, the base surface must be fully wetted with clean water, but there shall be no ponding;

6. Pour the liquid material into a clean mixing container, and then slowly add the powder while mixing according to the proportion;

7. Use mechanical stirring and fully stir for 3-5 minutes until a uniform slurry without powder (400-500 RPM) is generated and used up within the available time;

8. Evenly brush the slurry on the treated substrate with a brush, and brush two or more layers according to the service environment and performance requirements;

9. When painting the second layer, the direction of the brush shall form a 90 angle with the first layer, so as to achieve the best coverage;

10. Clean all tools and equipment with water immediately after construction, and clean the solidified slurry mechanically.

11.The thickness of waterproof membrane is 1mm, and the dosage per square meter is about 1.8-2.0kg (the actual dosage depends on the actual situation of the base surface).
