GENERAL

PU100 permeable concrete protective agent modified aliphatic HDI monomer into aliphatic wet curing polyurethane curing agent resin. As the product is used as a single component, it greatly increases the UV resistance and aging resistance of the film. It is applied to the surface of permeable concrete to achieve polish and high gloss, improve the bond strength of the permeable concrete surface while prevent falling off, can provide lasting protection for permeable concrete for more than 10 years.

FEATURE

Ⅰ Convenient construction, PU100 product used by single component and spraying directly. Table dry time is 0.5-2 hours and 12 hours of solid dry.

ⅡThe product has UV resistance and yellowing resistance which no pulverization for 10 years.

Ⅲ The product has high brightness, strong adhesion and good water resistance.

Packaging and storage

Packed in iron drums which 20kg/ drum.

Stored in a cool ventilated warehouse the expiration dating is 12 months

Construction process

ⅠPU100 in practical use can be added with appropriate solvents, butyl acetate or PMA is recommended.

ⅡThe base of permeable concrete must be dry. If the water content is higher than 8%, the curing sealant will "whiten" when sprayed.

Ⅲ The product used by single component. If it's not used up, the lid of the barrel must be tightly covered to prevent air from entering and making the product deteriorate.

Ⅳ This product is used in permeable concrete which mainly to improve the gloss brightness of colored concrete stones and improve the bond strength between surface stones. The compressive performance of permeable pavement is still depends on the construction quality of permeable concrete.
