Permeable concrete protective coating-PU200

GENERAL

PU200 double acrylic polyurethane sealant is prepared with hydroxyl acrylic resin and aliphatic curing agent. Used for permeable road surface and permeable concrete cover, can make the stone colorless seal and increase the surface smoothness of the stone, which form a transparent and high gloss film on the stone surface to improve the permeable rate of the permeable concrete, but also increase the beautiful effect.

FEATURE

1.The product is resistant to yellowing, aliphatic curing agent and hydroxyl acrylic resin achieve a good yellowing resistance effect under UV irradiation while make concrete surface long-term brightness.

2.Convenient construction: A and B components mixed by 4∶1 and sprayed directly. Table dry needs 0.5-1 hours and solid dry needs 8 hours.

3.This product has characteristics of good adhesion, high and low temperature resistance, water resistance and so on.

Stored in a cool ventilated warehouse the expiration dating is 12 months.

Construction process

1.PU200 is two-component polyurethane product. The prepared material must be sprayed at one time.

2.The surface of permeable concrete must be dry with a moisture content of less than 8%.

3.This product strengthens the bond strength and beautiful effect of surface layer of permeable concrete, the compressive strength and impact strength of permeable concrete are still affected by the original strength of permeable concrete itself.
