Scope of application
Floors, operation platforms, various concrete storage tanks, pickling tanks, electroplating tanks, evaporation tanks, neutralization tanks, sulfur removal chimneys, granulation towers and other facilities with anti-corrosion requirements in chemical and pharmaceutical plants.
FEATURE
HF two-component spray polyurea is a high-performance material with features of 100% solid content, two-component, rapid curing and on-site spray molding. The product is mainly consisted of isocyanate semi prepolymer, amino terminated polyether chain extender and pigment. It has the advantages of high strength, good performance and fast construction. It is the most widely used "third-generation polyurea" material at present.

Construction process
Spray polyurea coating must be applied with special (1:1) two-component spraying equipment.
Color: the standard color of sprayed polyurea material is gray, and other colors can also be provided according to user requirements.
Safety: basic labor protection measures shall be provided during the use of spraying polyurea materials. It is recommended that operators be equipped with protective clothing, goggles, plastic gloves, face masks and other protective articles.
◆Component B contains pigment, and component B shall be fully mixed before construction.
◆The raw materials after opening shall be sealed and stored after nitrogen filling.
◆The spraying polyurea material is I00% solid content, and it is strictly prohibited to add any thinner.

Packaging and storage
The spray polyurea material is two-component, 220kg / barrel for component A and 200kg / barrel for component B.
The sprayed polyurea material shall be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry warehouse. It is strictly prohibited to be exposed to rain and sun. It shall be kept away from the heat source. The storage temperature shall be 10 ~ 30 ℃. The storage period of sprayed polyurea material is 12 months without opening the original packaging. If it cannot be used up at one time after opening the packaging, it shall be sealed after filling with ammonia. The sprayed polyurea material is a product with 100% solid content, which can be transported as non dangerous goods. During transportation, rain and sunlight shall be strictly prohibited, and other relevant regulations of the transportation department shall be met.
