ECC high-extended concrete is a kind of high ductility fiber reinforced cement-based composites. Based on the design principle of micromechanics, fiber reinforced composites based on cement and quartz sand have high strength, high toughness, high crack resistance and high damage resistance compared with ordinary concrete.

◆Bending performance: it shows deflection hardening characteristics; The joints are fractional and fine;

Construction process

1. Foundation surface treatment

Clean the foundation surface as required (if there is a painting layer on the original structural surface, remove the painting layer until the original structural surface), and there shall be no floating slurry, floating ash, oil stain, loose layer and other sundries.

2. Wet construction surface

Before construction, the structural foundation surface must be watered repeatedly to make the structural foundation surface fully wet.

3. Construction ratio

Material A (40kg): material B (a small bag of fiber=320g): water. In order to mix evenly, mix up to 4 parts of material together.

4. Batching method

Put the powder into the mixer, add water and stir for 3~4 minutes (the material reaches the colloidal state), add the prepared special fiber and continue to stir. The next construction can be carried out only after the special fiber is completely dispersed.

Precautions

① No other materials shall be added during the mixing of high ductility concrete, especially water shall not be added at will; In case of technical problems during construction, contact the material party in time.

② The mixer shall be cleaned after each discharge of high ductility concrete until the next mixing.

③ During site construction, if the mixing materials in the mandatory mixer are not used up, the mixer must be started to continue mixing to ensure the fluidity and workability of high ductility concrete in the hopper.

④ In summer: high ductility concrete shall be discharged within 40 minutes, and in winter: high ductility concrete shall be discharged within 60 minutes.

⑤ Winter construction measures shall be taken when the temperature at the construction site is lower than 5 ℃.

The reinforced house is a single-layer masonry structure, with a construction area of about 700m2. By strengthening the wall with high ductility concrete surface or strip, the integrity and seismic capacity of the house can be greatly improved, and the problem of insufficient structural measures can be solved.

Packaging and storage

Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 20kg / bag and a shelf life of 3 months;

It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
