Oil-proof concrete

Oil-proof concrete adopts special ultra-fine powder cement, ore powder and imported dense sealing agent. After special formula, the powder is prepared by mixing. The cement mortar does not react with vegetable oil, animal oil and mineral oil, and can effectively resist the penetration of various oils and fats into the ground foundation layer. It has the characteristics of oil resistance, wear resistance, fire resistance and good bonding performance.

Precautions

◆The on-site mixing time shall be more than 3min, and the water cement ratio shall be strictly controlled. Full mixing is an important factor to improve the grade performance of oil resistant cement mortar.

◆It is recommended to mix in a short distance, prevent the mortar from layering and segregation during long-distance transportation, fully vibrate during construction, make sure the mortar is fully dense, and then trowel and polish the surface.

◆The curing of oil resistant mortar must be strengthened. Thermal insulation measures shall be taken in winter and moisturizing measures shall be taken in summer. The curing period shall not be less than 14 days. The constructed surface shall not be dehydrated.

On the floor of heavily greasy areas, after the use of oil-resistant cement mortar surface, an anti oil leakage sealant shall be added, with excellent effect.

Packaging and storage

Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 25kg / bag and a shelf life of 3 months; It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
