Self compacting concrete

Self compacting concrete, also known as highly fluidized concrete, means that the concrete mixture mainly depends on its own weight and can fill the model and wrap the reinforcement without vibration. It belongs to a kind of high-performance concrete. The concrete has good fluidity, good construction performance and filling performance, and the aggregate does not separate. After hardening, the concrete has good mechanical properties and durability.

Precautions

The construction of non shrinkage self flowing dense concrete for beams and columns is difficult, which is the core and large part of the whole reinforcement project. Three major problems must be solved:

① :It can flow when the concrete cannot be vibrated and there is no bleeding

② :When the interface cannot be treated, the newly vibrated concrete shall "stick" with the original old concrete without forming a new interface to ensure the joint work of the old and new concrete;

③ :Under the condition of "movable flow", it must also be "high strength". To achieve the above purpose, non shrinkage self flowing dense polymer concrete must be used. At present, our company has mature technology in pouring and tamping self flowing dense concrete, which can solve the above problems.

Packaging and storage

Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 25kg / bag and a shelf life of 3 months; It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
