Construction process
1. Mix proportion
Powder: steel fiber: water = 100:10 ~ 30:10
2. Stir
Put the powder into the mixer, add water to mix for 3 ~ 4 minutes (the material reaches the colloidal state), add steel fiber to continue mixing (when the amount of steel fiber is large, it usually does not exceed 3%, which can be added gradually or in several times), pour after the steel fiber is evenly dispersed, vibrate and form, and finally maintain.
Remarks: the weight of each cubic meter of raw materials (excluding mixing water) is 2250kg; Performance index can be customized according to customer needs.
