Product features
◆It has super impact toughness, which is 300 times higher than that of ordinary cement mortar.
◆It has the properties of impermeability, frost resistance, salt resistance, alkali resistance and weak acid corrosion resistance, and has good adhesion with a variety of civil engineering materials.
◆The coefficient of thermal expansion is close to that of concrete, so it is not easy to separate from these bonded substrates and has good durability. The tensile strength and bond strength are higher than the strength of concrete body. ◆The proportion of the construction site is wide, and the elastic epoxy glue, elastic epoxy mortar, elastic epoxy self leveling mortar, elastic epoxy concrete, etc. can be prepared according to the actual situation of the project.
◆The curing speed is fast and can be constructed under dynamic load. It is especially suitable for the rapid repair of bridge expansion joint protection belt and pavement pits.
Scope of application
It is mainly applicable to the rapid repair of bridge expansion joint protection belt, surface defect repair and local defect repair of cement concrete pavement, and also applicable to the preparation of ductile epoxy resin concrete (mortar) in special impact resistant occasions.
