Dusting-buster is a permanent cement sealant which has features of colorless and transparent, non-toxic, non-combustible,strong penetration and easy to use. Its super penetration can be fully with the cement in the concrete ground for chemical reaction, forming a dense whole with a three-dimensional network, thus the strength, hardness and wear resistance of cement base surface can be greatly improved. To achieve the effect of not sand and ash, also can withstand frequent movement of large vehicles and is durable and effective

Application

Concrete floor (road) surface, cement mortar floor with ash and sand.

Terrazzo floor with ash.

Emery wear resistant floor with ash.

Cement self leveling floor with ash.

Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight, heat and water sources.

Construction process

Base requirements and pretreatment

1. Clean up all the exposed sand on the surface, and then use a grinding machine to polish the loose part of the ground surface. Make it dry completely and clean sand dust, then remove paint, coating and other attachments. If the conditions are available, rinse with clean water and dried before construction.

2. Construction (dosage 0.3-0.5kg/m²)

①According to the ground situation, spraying or brushing and other arbitrary methods to evenly disperse the material on the ground, keep the ground wet about 2h then clean the ground (penetration of the ground quickly should be appropriate to increase the amount of material), there will be significant hardening after 24 hours. After 24h, brush the second time of loose parts with ground. If grind and polish the ground with special grinding machine, can make the ground has obvious brightness.

②If the surface produces much mud, it should be cleaned at the end and remove surface water till natural drying.
