GENERAL
T80 silane cream is designed to penetrate deeply into concrete so as to afford optimum protection against absorption of water and pollutants as well as freeze / thaw cycles, which can significantly improve the durability and service life of the structure. Such as marine bridges and harbor terminals subject to seawater corrosion and freeze-thaw damage, highways and urban elevated roads, overpasses and automobile depots subject to de-icing salt erosion, high-grade commercial buildings, sewage sedimentation treatment ponds of sewage treatment plants and other concrete structures.
Application
The product can be used for both new concrete structure protection and old concrete building reinforcement and repair.

FEATURE
Excellent water resistance and alkali resistance. Water absorption ratio <7.5%, soaked by 0.1MNaOH solution for 24h, its water absorption ratio <10%.
Strong resistance to freeze-thaw cycles. For the concrete with water-cement ratio of 0.7, after the T80 treatment, the number of freeze-thaw cycles is at least 25 times more than the benchmark concrete.
Thixotropic materials. It has less material waste when working inside and on the top of surface, while increasing the residence time of materials on the concrete surface to achieve better penetration
It is easy to apply and can be reapplied.
PERFORMANCE
With excellent permeability, its penetration depth is significantly related to the quality of concrete and the amount of coating, and its specific depth can be referred to as shown in Table 1.

The ideal resistance to chloride ion penetration can effectively reduce chloride ion penetration by more than 90%.

Supplied in 20kg plastic drums, sealed in a cool place with a shelf life of 1 year from the date of manufacture.
Construction process
1. Age of concrete:
The age of the treated concrete should be not less than 28 days, or not less than 14 days after repair. In order to ensure the effect of silane impregnation treatment, the surface should be as dry as possible to achieve the best penetration effect.
2. Usage and dosage:
The maximum dosage can be 300g/m2 construction, the specific dosage is determined according to the design requirements and the absorption capacity of concrete.
3. Construction equipment:
Large area construction is recommended to use airless spraying equipment, high efficiency, low loss; small area construction can use brush or scraper.
4. Maintenance:
At least 24 hours after the construction of silane to ensure that no rain, natural air dry; to ensure the ideal treatment effect, the surface should be kept dry for at least 36 hours in summer, and at least 72 hours in winter.
