Construction steps

The drilling method (drilling holes with a diameter of 28 ~ 32mm) is adopted to drill through the structural layer, drill to the back of the structure, and inject grout into the deep layer of the structure. The water injection (underwater quick setting anti dispersion grouting material) is mainly used to compact all the cavities and pores with water behind the structure. The HS screw grouting pump is used to inject water (underwater quick setting anti dispersion grouting material), and the water cement ratio is as high as 0.33. Try to ensure that there are no cavities or pores with water behind the lining. The content of underwater impermeable plugging grouting agent is 4%

That is: 40kg grouting agent + 1000kg Portland cement = underwater impermeable plugging grouting material. If you need to adjust the setting time, please contact the technician.

HS screw pump has many advanced technologies, such as multi line screw technology, broken line screw technology, nanometer anti-wear technology, adjustable stator technology, universal transmission technology and so on. It can pour all kinds of high concentration, high viscosity, strong wear flow and paste slurry under high pressure, so as to fundamentally ensure the water cement ratio, sand content, bleeding rate, plumpness and compactness of the slurry.

Matters needing attention

1. In the process of high-speed emulsion dispersion grouting, it is strictly prohibited to mix other substances other than CBGM without test, so as to avoid pipe blockage caused by incompatibility with CBGM.

2. It is non-toxic, tasteless and alkaline. When the slurry accidentally touches the eyes, it should be washed with clean water immediately.

Packaging and storage

1.Packed in inner film bag and outer PP film woven bag shall. The net content of each bag is 25kg.

2. Avoid damaging the packaging bag during transportation, storage and transportation. Avoid moisture and sun-exposure. Shelf life: 3 months.
