Construction process
1.Base surface treatment: the base course shall be flat and solid, the floating dust, dust and oil stain on the surface shall be removed, the leaking parts shall be treated with plugging materials first, and the periphery of the parts in contact with different materials of metal and plastic pipes shall be polished. When the base course is too dry, it can be watered first, and the next construction can be carried out when there is no water.
2.ECC preparation
According to the proportion of 100kg dry material and 20kg water, it can be used by hand-held electric mixer or manual mixing. The prepared ECC is recommended to be used up within 1 hour at room temperature.
3.ECC Construction:
①Evenly scrape or brush the mixed slurry on the base course with a spatula or hard brush, with a thickness of 3-5mm; Impermeability of underground works: mechanical spraying can be used for the construction of 5-8mm large area to improve the construction efficiency.
②ECC shall be constructed in layers, and the thickness of one construction shall not be greater than 10mm. After the initial setting of the front layer, the layer shall be plastered until the design thickness (initial setting for 4 hours and final setting for 8 hours);
③The construction direction of the front and rear two courses shall be crossed to avoid missing painting.
④24 hours after construction, it is necessary to spray water for curing. The curing time depends on the temperature conditions on site, and it is appropriate to take 3 ~ 5 days at normal temperature.
Packaging, storage and transportation
Packed in PP bag, 25kg / bag. Stored in a ventilated and dry place and it’s shelf life is 3 months.
