FEATURE
Product features
①It has strong adhesion to the bonded base surface, such as new concrete, asphalt concrete, coiled material, polyurethane coating, polyurea, carbon fiber cloth, steel plate, etc., and can consolidate loose base surface materials.
②It has good infiltration and consolidation characteristics on the wet foundation surface without water, has high wet bonding strength, can be constructed on the wet foundation surface, and the construction process is simple.
③ It can withstand 180 ℃ paving asphalt concrete for a short time.
④With good constructability, it is very convenient to construct on the foundation surface with complex shape, and there is no need to make leveling layer.
⑤It has excellent freeze-thaw resistance, aging resistance and corrosion resistance, and small shrinkage.
⑥The consolidated body is non-toxic and pollution-free, meeting the requirements of environmental protection.
⑦The permeable products have strong permeability and can penetrate into the concrete for more than 2mm to form a rooted coating. The infiltrated part forms a staggered irregular consolidation layer, which increases the strength of the concrete by more than 30%. The permeable coating can also avoid the stress concentration on the interface, which not only has the waterproof function, but also improves the anti stripping ability of the consolidated layer.
Scope of application
1. Bonding, waterproof and anti-corrosion between highway, expressway, bridge concrete pavement and asphalt concrete pavement.
2. In the secondary waterproof fortification of bridge deck of passenger dedicated line , subway elevated section, subway heavily excavated section, station, pedestrian channel roof and side wall, it is used for base surface waterproof and bonded with coiled materials. It can also be used as one fortification for waterproof of multi-storey building roof, kitchen and bathroom, reservoir, swimming pool, underground room, etc.
3. The bonding between new and old concrete, waterproof and bonding of pile head, pouring of mass concrete components, especially the dam body of reservoir dam, can be realized without chiseling to eliminate cold joints.
4. Bonding and waterproofing between the original concrete structure and steel plate or carbon fiber cloth during reinforcement between concrete beams, plates and columns.
5. When epoxy mortar or polyurea is used as the protective layer for the spillway tunnel, overflow surface of reservoir dam or the ground of chemical workshop, it is used as the primer.
6. Repair of highway and expressway defects, micro cracks and freezing damage.
7. Interface treatment of concrete.
8. Anti corrosion and waterproof of shield segments of Metro and intercity rail.
9. Leakage treatment of underground engineering and tunnel engineering.

Construction process
1. Dust, oil stain and rust must be removed from the pre coated substrate.
2. Before spraying, it shall be prepared in strict accordance with the mixing proportion indicated on the label. Mix as much as you use to avoid waste. Mix well and place for 2 ~ 3 minutes before spraying.
Packaging and storage
Packed in plastic barrel. Component A is 9kg/barrel,
Component B is 3kg / barrel, and the storage period is 12 months.
