Hydrophobic polyurethane foam grout

Hydrophobic polyurethane foam grout is a fast and efficient chemical grouting material for preventing seepage and plugging, which is prepared by polycyanate ester and special hydrophilic polyether. The emulsion is self-emulsified when wet and dispersed into water to form an insoluble elastic gel, which expands again after wetting and reaches the dual function of water stopping and elastic sealing. It has the function of stopping water for large flow gushing and leakage in various projects.

I. Product features

1. Grouting can be carried out under wet or water gushing conditions;

2. Fast curing speed and rapid water stop;

3. The construction process is simple, and the slurry does not need complicated preparation;

4. After mixing with water, the viscosity is small and the irrigation ability is good. Soaking the consolidated body in water is harmless, non-toxic and pollution-free to human’s health;

5. When the slurry reacts with water to form elastic consolidated material, it releases carbon dioxide gas. With the help of gas pressure, the slurry can further compact the gap of the structure, so that the porous structure or stratum can be completely filled and compacted, with the characteristics of secondary permeability;

6. The slurry has good expansibility, large water content, good hydrophilicity and groutability, and the viscosity and curing speed of the slurry can be adjusted as needed;

7. It has good stability and will not be damaged within a certain construction time after unsealing; When unopened, the product can be stored for more than half a year without deterioration.

 Scope of application

It is applicable to the anti-seepage and plugging treatment of concrete expansion joints, cracks and construction joints in water conservancy, hydropower, tunnels, subways, civil air defense, gold treatment projects, industrial and civil buildings. The most typical applications are as follows:

1. Civil engineering

① Reinforce and stabilize the foundation of building foundation;

② During the construction of building foundation in areas with serious groundwater, water-soluble polyurethane plugging grouting material is used to grout it, which can form a water retaining wall structure around the construction;

③ Reinforce the bridge foundation and reinforce the cracks of the bridge body, so as to strengthen the anti scour ability of the bridge foundation;

④ Repair large plate cracks in buildings;

⑤ Bridge foundation reinforcement, reinforcement of cracks in the bridge body, reinforcement of deformed buildings, reinforcement of concrete structures and prevention of their subsidence.

2. Construction of underground works

① Reinforce and stabilize the foundation of the tunnel, such as the soft base course;

② Reinforcement shall be carried out along with the plugging of drilling retaining wall in geological drilling engineering, coal mining or reinforcement of broken layers such as water plugging and roof in tunnels existing in other mining engineering;
