II Construction technology

1. Base course treatment:

The base course must be flat, firm, clean, free of open water, and the internal and external corners shall be made into arc shape. The original broken and bulging waterproof layer and dust shall be removed from the old layer, the low concave damaged part shall be leveled, the leakage part shall be blocked first, and the base course shall be flat without open water. 960A shall be used for flexible sealing treatment for special parts such as dividing joint of water outlet. The painting procedure generally starts with the internal and external corners, then the vertical surface, and then the large-area construction.

2. Construction process:

If there are national construction standards for the waterproof construction base surface, it must be constructed in accordance with the national standards. If there is a design institute, it must be constructed in accordance with the design. If there is neither of the above, it shall be constructed in accordance with the agreement of both parties, and spraying, rolling coating, scraping and other methods can be used. If there is more than 3mm crack on the roof, fill the gap first, and then use this product for construction.

3. Construction method:

Spraying construction: spraying 1-2 times or brushing 1-2 times (the number of construction times can be increased according to the requirements of the base surface). According to the requirements of different base levels, the dosage is about 1kg per square meter.

III Packaging and storage

◆Storage ambient temperature: 5-35 ℃

◆The shelf life of the product is 12 months (unopened). It shall be stored in a cool and ventilated environment, away from direct sunlight and heat source. Package A: B = 3:1 (5kg per barrel)
