CBGM Low Temperature Grout

CBGM® Low temperature assembled wind power special grouting material is a wind power foundation grouting material that can be normally constructed in low temperature environment in order to adapt to the low temperature and harsh construction environment in severe cold areas. It is mainly used for high-strength cement-based grouting of onshore wind turbine. After mixing with water, it produces uniform, flowable and pumpable grouting materials with high early strength and final strength. The product has high fatigue resistance.

GENERAL

CBGM® Low temperature assembled wind power special grouting material is a wind power foundation grouting material that can be normally constructed in low temperature environment in order to adapt to the low temperature and harsh construction environment in severe cold areas. Scope of application

◆Grouting of wind turbine installations, i.e. installations installed using prestressing technology, such as foundation installation grouting of onshore wind turbines.

◆Equipment requiring excellent fatigue resistance. ◆Grouting under harsh conditions, such as temperature as low as - 20 ℃.

◆Anchor the wind turbine tower bolts. ◆ 25mm to 300mm gap filling with high requirements for strength, modulus and ductility.

◆Normal construction at ambient temperature of -15℃ to -20℃; 

◆High flow state, no bleeding, anti rust, ensure consistent final physical performance and prevent blocking of grouting pump

◆No vibration and slight expansion;

◆It can be pumped or injected into complex areas or areas difficult to access by conventional grouting methods.

◆Excellent fatigue resistance

◆Ultra high compressive strength: exceeding the highest level of EN206, such as C100/115.

Packaging and storage

Packed in PP bags, with a net weight of 25kg/bag and a shelf life of 3 months; It must be stored in a dry and ventilated room, and the packaging bag shall be sealed. Avoid moisture and freeze.
