Construction process
◆The grouting construction of type III rock socketed single pile consists of three stages, namely bottom sealing grouting. Grouting in the annular space between the outer wall of the pile and the inner wall of the borehole. Grouting in the annular space between the outer wall of the pile and the inner wall of the pile casing. After 24-36 hours of bottom sealing grouting, grouting can be carried out in the annular space between the outer wall of the pile and the inner wall of the borehole (the height range is from pile bottom to pile casing bottom).
◆The annular space between the outer wall of the pile and the inner wall of the borehole can only be carried out 24 hours after the grouting construction of the annular space between the outer wall of the subsequent pile and the inner wall of the casing (the height range is from the bottom of the casing to the seabed surface) grouting, grouting construction at each stage shall be continuous without interruption.
◆According to the site conditions, during the construction of cement grouting material in the annular space between the outer wall of the pile and the inner wall of the pile casing, the guide strip can be used, but the vibration equipment can not be used. The minimum thickness of grouting materials in the annular space shall not be less than 50mm. The on-site control scheme for the minimum gap in the annular space shall be given in the construction plan. Before grouting, the annular space gap between the outer wall of the pile and the inner wall of the borehole shall be tested, and the test results shall be reported to the supervisor for confirmation before grouting.
◆During construction, the pouring construction machinery shall not collide with steel pipe column and geotechnical surface; During bottom sealing grouting, it is not allowed to use the single pile inner platform as the construction platform. During the curing process of grouting materials, the grouting materials shall not be stirred.
◆Grouting from bottom to top during construction until it overflows from the seabed surface. The construction unit shall set up corresponding observation means to judge whether the slurry overflows.
Packaging and storage
Packed in PP bags, 25kg/bag. Store in a ventilated and dry place and it's storage period is 3 months.
