Scope of application

Construction process
I. Preparation before assembly of precast segments
1. Confirm that the dimensional deviation of each part of the precast segment meets the design requirements;
2. All parts should be cleaned with compressed air;
3. Splicing glue and tools shall be fully prepared.
II. Trial assembly and adjustment of precast segments
1. Carry out preliminary alignment first, and then carry out fine adjustment with the instrument;
2. After the trial assembly meets the requirements, visually check the width of the assembly gap to control the glue application thickness of different parts;
3. After locking the assembly angle, move the lifting block about 30-50cm for gluing.
III. Mixing splicing adhesive
1. Estimate the gluing amount according to the area of splicing contact surface;
⒉ Weigh components A and B according to the recommended mixing proportion;
3. Stir in a clean container with a rubber mixer until the color is completely uniform.
IV. Gluing on the surface of precast segment splicing surface
1. Use a scraper to scrape the splicing glue on the two splicing surfaces at the same time, the thickness shall be controlled at 1-2mm, and the parts with wide gap in the trial splicing can be coated more appropriately;
⒉When applying scraping glue, it shall be up and down first, in the same direction and evenly applied;
3. The coating and scraping of the splicing surface should be completed within 45 minutes.
