CBGM-5 Grout for suction cylinder

CBGM-5 special high-strength and non shrinkage grouting material for suction cylinder is made of cement-based cementitious materials, light aggregates, active powder admixtures, polycarboxylic acid water reducing agents, expansion agents, high molecular polymers, etc. pre mixed in the factory. It can be used by adding water on site. Construction process 

◆Ⅰ Slurry mixing:

(1) The grouting boat is anchored and fixed on the side of the jacket with grouting terminal panel. (2) The crane lifts the grouting raw materials to the mixing system and adds water through the console for mixing operation: ① two mixers work at the same time. When one is mixing, the other outputs the mixed grouting materials to the pump. After mixing, when it is delivered to the pump, the other machine starts mixing a new batch of grouting materials. Work in cycles. ② Lift the large bag of grouting material above the mixer according to the instructions of the personnel. After lifting to the correct position, lower the large bag of grouting material, and the bag breaker will pierce the bag and pour the grouting material into the mixer. ③ Add mixing water according to the construction mix proportion for mixing. ④ The mixing time is about 5 minutes. Pay attention to the change of grouting material consistency during the process. ⑤ Observe that the grouting material has been mixed evenly, and test the fluidity and density of the grouting material. After passing the inspection, the mixed grouting material can be poured into the pump.

◆Ⅱ Grouting:

① During grouting, the high-pressure grouting hose shall be used for grouting, and the hose shall be arranged from the mixer to the grouting inlet on the deck. ② The grouting pipe is connected to the pump, and the mixer is used to add water to mix the professional pump lubricant, which is pumped to the grouting space through the grouting pipeline to wet the grouting pipeline. ③ Before grouting, check all equipment and grouting pipelines. After confirming that there is no problem, start pumping grouting materials. ④ At the beginning, it needs to be pumped at a low speed until the grouting forms a stable flow rate. ⑤ The advanced underwater sonar imaging detection system is used to monitor the grouting at the pipe orifice of steel pipe pile. When slurry is observed, the divers dive down to cooperate with the observation to determine that the grouting in all directions of the annular grouting space has been full. Stop pumping. ⑥ Stop the pump for 15 minutes, stand the grouting material, discharge the possible bubbles, stabilize the grouting material, and observe again to confirm that the grouting material is completely filled; If necessary, pump the grouting again and fill it up. ⑦ Compare the theoretical quantity with the actual pumping quantity. If the actual amount is small, there may be holes in the grouting, and it is necessary to stand and exhaust the air; If the actual dosage is too much, there may be the possibility of slurry exposure of the sealing ring. Continue to observe until there is no change in the grouting fullness, then stop the grouting and proceed to the next step. ⑧ Remove the grouting hose and connect it to the next grouting opening, and repeat the grouting process and stopping process until all grouting is completed. ⑨ Clean the feeding hose and equipment.

Packaging and storage

Packed in PP bags, 25kg/bag. Store in a ventilated and dry place and it’s storage life is 3 months.
